Meet Ben Humble

CANDIDATE FOR PA STATE REPRESENTATIVE 50TH DISTRICT

When you come to know candidate Ben Humble, you’ll find that family, friends, and neighbors describe him as ‘authentic’, ‘dependable’, with ‘strong moral principles’, ‘ethical values’, and with a ‘deep desire to serve his community’. When he speaks with you, Ben often mentions his commitment to faith, family, and service. These values are realized not through living a perfect life, but through a realization of God’s grace and a determination to create a bright future for all.

Ben was born and raised in Southwestern Pennsylvania and has spent his adult life working and serving in the community. Since he was a teenager, Ben has worked with other family members to run a business that has thrived for over 50 years. He also serves as the Waynesburg Borough Council President and as a Lieutenant in the Waynesburg Volunteer Fire Company #61.

After high school, Ben joined the family business full-time, picking up the legacy and responsibility. He has worked there from the ground up, which is consistent with his family’s strong work ethic. Because of this, Ben has become a successful businessman, but he has never taken his family business or its workers for granted. Each day, he rolls out of bed, puts on his work clothes, gets into his truck, and works side by side with the company’s employees. Ben never expects more from others than he expects from himself.

As a result of his work, Ben has traveled extensively throughout the 50th district and has come to know its communities and people. He learned by experience that we often share many of the same strengths and opportunities. As Ben worked throughout the region, in his many roles, he also sought out ideas from sister communities in the 50th. It was this powerful sense of community, keen curiosity, and personal initiative that led Ben to decide to run for the PA District 50 seat.

Over the years, Ben has worn many hats: son, brother, husband, father, church member, worker, council member, and firefighter. Today, he is a candidate who knows us because we are part of him. Our future is his future. He is heavily invested in and committed to our collective success.

Ben is not a politician. He is mobilizing a grassroots campaign, supported by community members, volunteers, and local organizations. He is committed to running a campaign that reflects his core values: honesty, cleanliness, and ethics. Ben is not seeking the approval of political institutions or the political elite. He is steadfast and unwavering in his resolve to make sure every voice is heard and respected.

Ben has spent a lifetime learning that effort, action, and results matter. That ‘team’ has more potential than ‘alone’. That picking up the burden has more value than throwing the rock.

He has a proven record of delivering on his commitments, and ‘humbly’ asks for the opportunity to deliver for you in District 50. On Tuesday, May 19th, please cast your vote for Ben Humble for PA District 50 State Representative.

Message From Ben

I’m not a career politician — I’m a lifelong Greene County resident, husband, father, and a part of my family’s 50+ year business. I’m also a public servant who believes government should work for the people, not the other way around.

For over 20 years, I’ve helped run our family’s remodeling business, serving our community with custom bathroom and kitchen projects. I’m currently the President of Waynesburg Borough Council and a proud lieutenant in the Waynesburg/Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Department.

I’m running because I believe in protecting our values — I’m proudly pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, and a lifelong Republican rooted in faith, family, and freedom. My mission is simple: to represent the hardworking people of the 50th District with honesty, integrity, and common sense.

I’m married to my incredible wife and together, we’re raising our two amazing kids, our 9-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter. When I’m not working or serving, you can find me outdoors hunting, fishing, and enjoying the land we call home.

This race isn’t about politics - it’s about people. And I’m ready to be a voice for We the People.
